Layaway & Payment Plans
The supplied terms describe a 25% starting payment, weekly or biweekly payments, and up to three months to pay the balance. Delivery, Meet-Ups & Collection
Delivery
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice when arranging delivery. Delivery fees vary by location and are confirmed when making arrangements.
Meet-Ups
Meet-ups are available in Bridgetown or Warrens. Please provide a few hours’ advance notice and agree a time with Lee.
Collection
Collection can be arranged between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Let Lee know your preferred time a day ahead or a few hours beforehand so availability at the collection location can be confirmed.
The collection address and any further delivery details still need to be confirmed.
Refunds & Exchanges
Under the supplied policy, refund requests are considered where there is a problem with the hair.
Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of purchasing the hair.
For client review: the issue-assessment process, return-condition requirements and exchange eligibility still need to be confirmed. The 24-hour window is the client’s stated exchange period, not a stated deadline for reporting faulty hair.
Layaway Changes & Cancellations
Please be certain of your chosen length and texture before making a payment. The supplied layaway terms state that selections cannot be changed after payment.
Cancellation, deposit-refund and missed-payment terms have not been supplied. No non-refundable deposit rule has been assumed.
Product Care & Preparation
Awaiting approved guidance. Product-specific washing, styling, colouring and care instructions should be supplied by Lee for the collections she sells.
